Monument PT is a locally owned, outpatient orthopedic clinic in Grand Junction, CO. They have three Physical Therapists with over 20 years of combined experience in the field. Each has a different specialty allowing them to treat the unique needs of patients across the lifespan.

Nicole Fraser is their Pelvic Floor Specialist, focusing on addressing various pregnancy-related issues and preparing the body for labor and delivery through pelvic floor physical therapy.
